Refund and Exchange Policy

CUSTOMER SERVICE
Your order is as important to us as it is to you. Our in-house Consumer Service department will be happy to assist you with any queries or other issues relating to your order. Please email us at helpdesk.sendmequirk@gmail.com. Remember, all queries are answered in the order in which they are received, and as a result, delays occur from time to time. Requests made outside of standard weekday business hours will be addressed as soon as possible.

RETURN
Return of the purchased item should have a genuine explanation as similar to the following description:

  • Order Number
  • Reason for Return

Returns and exchanges will also not be accepted in the following circumstances:

  • If request is initiated after 2 business days of order delivery
  • Product is altered
  • Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse by the customer
  • There will be no cancellation after order is shipped. This means that if an order has been placed you can only raise cancellation request after product is delivered. This is done to avoid fake orders.
  • Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse by the customer so returns/exchange will not be entertained. 

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • We don't offer exchange for the Products. You can raise the return request as per the Policy and/ or as per the Product page and then place a fresh order for a new Product.
